Joelle is not your typical realtor. Joelle is the best realtor! Joelle takes the time to understand exactly what you are looking. She spends time talking thru the entire process. We spent about an hour on a video call where she explained the buying process and even strategies we could use when it came down to making an offer. We were first time homebuyers with very little knowledge, so this was super helpful. We were looking in both MA and NH and she explained and educated us on the differences of buying in both states. We were specifically looking for a house with an in law for my elderly parents. The first open house we went to, she gave us her honest perspective on the in law if she was buying for her parents. (too many stairs for elderly parents, etc) When any other realtor might’ve pushed us to make an offer. The second open house she actually found. I wasn’t super keen on the pictures but it was exactly what we were looking for. She helped us talk strategy to ensure our offer would be accepted and it was! We would not have ended up in our dream home if it wasn’t for her! Separately, Joelle’s slogan of #clientsnowfriends is accurate! During the entire process I felt Joelle was my friend and therapist! I could rely on her to talk thru anything and everything. She had suggestions and recommendations throughout the entire process. She is super responsive, professional, friendly and timely. Everyone needs a Joelle when buying or selling their home!

Having Joelle as your realtor is like having a secret super power. In this competitive market, you really can't afford not to have someone like Joelle. She is 100 percent on top of her game-- knows all the competitive strategies and when to employ them. She helped us land our dream home when there were 10 competitive offers. We almost didn't put a bid because we felt so intimidated at the open house when we went by ourselves and saw how crowded it was. But then we went back to see the house with Joelle and the air changed lol. The seller realtors recognized her and immediately took us seriously as competitive buyers. The experience that my husband and I had with Joelle could not have been better. Joelle had reached out to me through a facebook page where I posted stating we were going to begin house hunting in Melrose, MA as a first time home buyer. From our first interaction, Joelle was trying to help, with no strings attached. I felt I could trust her right from the beginning, and from our first zoom meeting, my husband and I felt we'd made a great choice. Joelle was pleasant and fun to tour homes with, was very knowledgeable about the area we were house hunting in, and is very knowledgeable about homes- things like circuit breakers, retaining walls, and many things my husband and I were not well informed about as first time home buyers. She would often point out negatives in homes that we never would've recognized being new to the process. She was responsive day and night, and no matter how ridiculous the question, she was patient with us and supported us through a stressful process. Joelle has a lot of strategies that she recommends her clients to use when making an offer on a house, and with following everything she recommended, our offer was accepted on the first house we offered on. The ONE snafu we ran into in the whole process was with our mortgage company that we'd found on our own (instead of using one Joelle recommended). If I could advise anyone interested in buying a home in Joelle's area of expertise, use her recommended staff to assist with the process. Joelle is truly an expert in her field, a trustworthy and kind person, and I could not recommend her more highly. If you trust and do as she advises, you'll get the home of your dreams.

Joelle is the best! We didn't think we would be able to find a house in our price range that met all of our needs in any of the towns where we wanted to buy, but Joelle found us the perfect home on a beautiful side street in Melrose. It is not an exaggeration to say that she is the only reason we are able to move houses! Joelle was amazing to work with from the very beginning! This was our first time buying a home and we’re clueless about where to start! We weren’t the 20% down couple, which made it tricky in this current housing market. The process was extremely overwhelming, especially with the hight interest rates and not being able to waive contingencies within our budget. Joelle was able to walk us through the entire process and was always available to answer our questions at any time of day. She made sure to send us any listings within our budget and worked to help us put our best offer in to ensure we would be comfortable with our monthly payment. She was able to get creative with our offers to help us be more competitive in the area that we were looking to move. She also helped connect us with a great lawyer and lender.
